I’m Saul Zenkevicius, founder of Z Equity Group and a Commercial Real Estate investor with over 20 years of experience. I’ve built a portfolio exceeding $100M, invested in more than 1.2 million sq. ft., and completed over 200 principal deals alongside 2,000 brokered transactions.
My mission is to grow sustainable CRE investments and guide others on their journey to success. Based in Chicago, I’m also a husband, father of three, and an endurance athlete, competing in triathlons and Ironmans around the world.
