Smiling is therapeutic . It is a natural and free form of therapy. Therapy not paid for. So I urge you all to adapt a smiling habit dailly.

Smiling may look simple but it has real therapeutic value for both the mind and the body.

When you smile, even if it's intensional at first, your brain produces " feel good" chemicals like dopamine, serotonin and endorphines. These helps reduce stress, improve mood and even ease physical pain.

Hence, smiling is a natural free form of  therapy.
